1. Purpose

This notice explains processing related to enquiries, technical operation and, with consent, audience measurement.

2. Enquiries

Name, company, email address, preferred language and message are processed to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate thereafter. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest, depending on the enquiry. Data is retained for up to 12 months after the contact ends unless a contract or law requires longer retention.

3. Technical logs

For secure operation the server may log IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier and error information for a limited period for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

4. Analytics and cookies

Audience measurement starts only after prior consent. Details are in the Cookie policy; the choice can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Processors and transfers

The hosting provider acts as a technical processor. Other providers receive access only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. Information on safeguards is provided if data is transferred outside the EEA.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy.
